Bloq.it announces the expansion of its partnership with Vinted Go, the dedicated logistics brand of Vinted Group, into the Iberian Peninsula.
This expansion reinforces Bloq.it’s long-term commitment to the region, with a planned €2.5M investment over the next three years. The investment will support the establishment of country managers, new facilities, localized production capabilities, and job creation in both Spain and Portugal.
Following the successful collaboration in France—where Bloq.it has deployed over 5,000 Vinted Go V-Lockers —this next phase will see Bloq.it’s hardware and software powering Vinted Go’s Out-of-home delivery solution, starting in Madrid in mid-May and expanding to Lisbon later in the year.
Since 2019, Bloq.it has developed smart locker solutions that enhance last-mile logistics by prioritizing seamless integration and sustainability. “As a company founded and headquartered in Portugal, it’s particularly meaningful for us to support Vinted Go’s Iberia launch,” said Miha Jagodic, CEO of Bloq.it. “We’re proud to bring our technology home and give users throughout these countries access to a smarter and more convenient way of sending and receiving parcels.”
With over 19 billion parcels delivered out-of-home in Europe last year—and projections reaching 30 billion by 2028-2029—smart lockers are increasingly favored for their convenience and reliability. Bloq.it’s courier-agnostic, software-first approach enables efficient, scalable, and low-emission delivery infrastructure, including label printing, secure drop-off, and real-time monitoring.
Bloq.it will continue to support Vinted Go’s European growth through 2025, helping to make second-hand shipping more accessible and less carbon-intensive.
